Judicial service is available at Hubei Higher People's Court, Wuhan Intermediate People's Court, various basic people's courts, and several special courts. They accept submissions on civil (commercial), criminal, administrative, and enforcement issues and make judicial decisions in accordance with relevant provisions of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, the Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations, so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of all parties in a fair manner.
