Arbitration for Contractual Disputes and Other Property Rights Disputes

Wuhan Arbitration Commission accepts submissions and issues arbitration award in accordance with the arbitration agreement between the parties and the provisions of the Arbitration Law of the People's Republic of China. The parties shall enter into an arbitration agreement voluntarily to solve their disputes through arbitration, otherwise the submissions will be rejected by the Wuhan Arbitration Commission. Lawsuits filed with the people's court after an arbitration agreement is entered into will be not be accepted, unless the arbitration agreement is invalid. The arbitration award shall be final and have the same legal effect as the final adjudication of a people’s court. If any party fails to execute the arbitration award, the application for compulsory execution may be filed with a competent people's court in accordance with relevant provisions of the Civil Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China. Model arbitration clauses of Wuhan Arbitration Commission: "Disputes arising from or related to the contract shall be subject to arbitration by Wuhan Arbitration Commission (Wuhan International Arbitration Center) in accordance with the arbitration rules of said Commission (Center) as are in effect from time to time. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on all parties."
