1. Guiyuan Temple

Guiyuan Temple is a Zen Buddhist temple located on Guiyuan Temple Road in Hanyang District. It has a history of more than 300 years. It features, in the Arhat Hall, 500 golden arhat statues in different poses and with different expressions, which are made by using the bodiless lacquering technique, also over 7,000 volumes of Buddhist sutras of different versions in the Depository of Buddhist Texts.

2. Baotong Temple

Baotong Temple, also known as Amitabha Temple, is located at the southern foot of Hongshan Hill, is one of the four Buddhist temples in Wuhan. It was originally built during the period of the Southern Qi Dynasty, expanded during the reign of Zhenguan of Tang Dynasty, and renovated many times after that. The temple is properly structured and consists of 6 main halls and hundreds of pavilions and auxiliary buildings.

3. Changchun Taoist Temple

Changchun Taoist Temple is located south of Shuangfeng Mountain at the Northeast of Dadongmen in Wuchang District. The temple is named after Qiu Chuji (whose Taoist monastic name is Chang Chunzi), the founder of Longmen branch of Quanzhen Taoism. It was originally built at the foot of a mountain in the Yuan Dynasty. It is well-arranged and has four grand halls including Lingguan Hall.
