Bordeaux, the capital of the Aquitaine Region, is located in southwest of France. Its area is 49 km² and its population is around 240,000. The city has the largest heritage conservation area in France, which was listed as a world heritage by UNESCO in 2007. As a world-renowned wine city, it produces around 850 million bottles of wine every year and 40% of these wines are exported to places around the world.
