Anlu Zhashan White Tea
Nestled in Zhashan Mountain of Anlu, Hubei Province, it is surrounded by rolling mountains and enshrouded in mist. The soil here is rich in selenium.
The Shuangquan Temple nearby boasts two springs, renowned for their "sweet and mellow water—when used to brew tea, it releases a rich aroma; drinking it stimulates saliva, and the aftertaste lingers for three days".
With the continuous flow of mountain spring water, the tea inherits the tranquility of Zen, creating a perfect fusion of "Zen and tea" and endowing it with unique characteristics.
