马口陶是中国民陶，始于明隆庆年间，有着500多年的历史。2008年马口窑古窑址被列入湖北省级文物保护单位，2011年马口陶器烧陶技艺成为湖北省非物质文化遗产。

Makou pottery is a form of Chinese folk pottery. Dating back to the Longqing period of the Ming Dynasty, it has a history of more than 500 years. In 2008, the ancient kiln site of Makou kiln was designated as a provincial cultural heritage site of Hubei Province, and in 2011, the firing process for making Makou pottery was proclaimed as an intangible cultural heritage of Hubei Province.
