Mountain View is a city in Santa Clara County, California, the US. It is also an important part of Silicon Valley and is located in the southwestern part of the San Francisco Bay Area. The city covers an area of 31.7 square kilometers and has a population of around 74,066. It was the first American city to offer free wi-fi over the entire city. On 2014 June 23rd, 11 district heads from Wuhan signed the Memorandum of Friendly Cooperation with 11 mayors from cities in the Silicon Valley area of USA.
